RC Soles may have bitten off more than he can suck down his gullet when he first hooked up with the then 14 year old Frog Strickland. Whatever the goods are that this high school drop out has on the senator is for them to know and the FBI to find out.
What we did learn from WWAY is that Soles has been putting Strickland up in an apartment since he was 15. That may just be a crime.
Strickland moved into the house a few months ago, and tells us that Senator Soles has been paying for him to have his own apartment since he was 15.
The law says this about that.
§ 14‑316.1. Contributing to delinquency and neglect by parents and others.
Any person who is at least 16 years old who knowingly or willfully causes, encourages, or aids any juvenile within the jurisdiction of the court to be in a place or condition, or to commit an act whereby the juvenile could be adjudicated delinquent, undisciplined, abused, or neglected as defined by G.S. 7B‑101 and G.S. 7B‑1501 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Any man would steal (alienation of affection) a 14 year old boy from his grieving mother, set him up in an apartment all by himself at 15, pay his mom to live somewhere else, (by the way has anyone talked to her?) and threaten any other adult around him making influences NEEDS to be arrested. The charge? Being a shitty human being.
Just wait and see who goes to jail. It won't be who you think it is.

You'd think that Allen Strickland would be more gracious since Senator Soles has been footing the bill since he was 15 years old. Allen Strickland might look like a dumb ungrateful teenager. But, Senator Soles is the stupid player in this game. He has created a monster that he doesn't know what to do with. Senator Soles likes to be a teflon figure. All those boys he has been keeping all these years have paid a price. Some with prison terms and others with emotional and physical scars that will never heal. Senator Soles is one sick individual that should be exposed for the monster he is.
Columbus County is plagued with this indvidual and looks like death of old age is the only answer for deliverance. Senator Soles needs to be reminded that if you play, you must pay.
All hell will break loose whenever another player is added to this madness. The player's name----Billie Jay Wright. Hopefully, cooling his heels in prison for the past two and a half years might have made him a little wiser, but it's doubtful. The Tabor City Police needs to be rested, prepared and on alert because they will be spending a lot of time babysitting Senator Soles in the days to come.
Allen Strickland will soon find out that looking up the butt of the lead dog makes for a bad scenery that won't be changing for a while because the new kid on the block gets out on August 10th.
Senator Soles needs to get a stock pile of PVC pipe, cellophane, baby oil and shower curtains.

The world will not stop because of Senator Soles' perversions. Nor will it stop for his alleged crimes. He won't spend one day in court much less jail.
